  • Refund & Returns Policy

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

    Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any opened or used products.

    If an item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss eligibility for a return or exchange. Approval is at the discretion of Aura Recovery Studio and requires proof of purchase.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photographs where applicable

    Non-Returnable Items

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

    • Any item that has been opened, used, or worn

    • Items not in their original condition or packaging

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
