We take pride in the quality of our Aura insulated drink bottles and want you to love your purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on drink bottles for change of mind once they have been used or opened.

If your bottle is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase provided.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your drink bottle arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.We will happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A brief description of the issue

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or incorrect care

Please email or contact our team via the details on our website before returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
